Kullanım Şartları

Tır Sıra Takip uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet

Uygulama, telefon kamerasıyla öndeki aracı izler. Araç belirli bir mesafe uzaklaştığında alarm çalar. Amaç, beklerken (ör. sınır kuyruğunda) dinlenen sürücüye yardımcı olmaktır.

2. Önemli güvenlik uyarısı

  • Uygulama bir yardımcı araçtır. Alarmın her koşulda çalacağı garanti edilmez. Karanlık, sis, yağmur, kirli cam, kamera kayması, pil veya şarj sorunu, işletim sisteminin uygulamayı kapatması gibi durumlarda alarm çalmayabilir ya da yanlış çalabilir.
  • Aracınızın, sıranızın ve trafik güvenliğinin sorumluluğu tamamen size aittir.
  • Uygulamayı araç hareket hâlindeyken kullanmayın, ekranla etkileşime girmeyin. Telefonu görüşü engellemeyecek şekilde ve sağlam bir tutucuyla sabitleyin.
  • Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan sıra kaçırma, gecikme, ceza, kaza veya diğer zararlardan, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değiliz.

3. Ücretsiz deneme

İlk takipten itibaren 7 gün ücretsizdir. Deneme için kart gerekmez ve süre bitince otomatik ücret alınmaz. Deneme cihaz başına bir kez verilir.

4. Abonelik

  • Planlar: aylık, 6 aylık ve yıllık. Güncel fiyatlar uygulamada ve mağazada gösterilir.
  • Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID'nizden veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
  • Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
  • Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
  • İadeler Apple veya Google'ın iade politikalarına tabidir.

5. Lisans

Size Uygulamayı kişisel kullanımınız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden satamazsınız. Apple cihazlarda Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula

6. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur

Uygulama hiçbir garanti verilmeden sunulur. Uygulamayı değiştirebilir, güncelleyebilir veya yayından kaldırabiliriz.

7. Gizlilik

Verilerinizin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılmıştır.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Terms of Use

By using the Truck Watch (Tır Sıra Takip) app (the "App"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The App uses your phone's camera to watch the vehicle ahead and sounds an alarm when it moves a set distance away. It is meant to help a driver rest while waiting, e.g. in a border queue.

2. Important safety notice

  • The App is an aid. It is not guaranteed to sound in every situation. Darkness, fog, rain, a dirty windshield, a shifted camera, battery or charging problems, or the operating system closing the App may cause a missed or false alarm.
  • You remain fully responsible for your vehicle, your place in line and road safety.
  • Do not use the App while the vehicle is moving, and do not interact with the screen. Mount the phone securely where it does not block your view.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losing your place in line, delays, fines, accidents or other damages arising from use of the App.

3. Free trial

The App is free for 7 days from your first monitoring. The trial needs no card and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. The trial is offered once per device.

4. Subscriptions

  • Plans: monthly, 6-month and yearly. Current prices are shown in the App and the store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the App. On Apple devices, Apple's Standard EULA also applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula

6. "As is"

The App is provided without warranties of any kind. We may change, update or discontinue the App.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
